HANS
Hace ya años que conozco a Hans, concretamente desde el primer día que empecé a trabajar en esta empresa.
Hans llegó a La Gomera de vacaciones y atrapado por la isla y por una bella gomera que conquistó su corazón medio holandés medio alemán, se quedó hasta hoy y por lo que lo conozco, si puede, de aquí no se moverá más.
Si usted que lee este artículo ya ha sido cliente del hotel probablemente ya haya conocido a Hans, es el guía del paseo botánico, el paseo a la platanera etc... Es habitual en sus paseos encontrar a un público ensimismado con su entusiasta exposición, apasionado de la historia de La Gomera, deleita también a los clientes con sus relatos sobre la familia Olsen y su impronta en la isla. I met Hans many years ago, to be precise, from the very first day I started working in this company.
Hans came to La Gomera on holidays and soon was caught by the island and also by a beautiful Gomerian girl who won his half Dutch, half German heart. He has stayed here until now and as far as I know, if he can, he will never leave this island.
If you have been a client of the hotel you will probably have met Hans. He is the guide of both the botanical and the banana walk. In his walks it is usual to find an audience engrossed with his enthusiastic expositions. He is passionate about the History of La Gomera and also delights the guests with stories of the Olsen family and their imprint on the island. He has got always the same energy and enthusiasm of his first day at work.
If you have not visited the hotel and one day we have the pleasure to welcome you, keep in mind that Hans is the gentleman with a broad smile and a peaceful look in his eyes that you see in the Public Relations office.
